Aurora Operations Site ManagerELM Resources is a high growth technology organization which provides automated Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) and alternative loan data exchanges, updates and loan information through the internet. Through its members lenders, guarantors, and loan servicers ELM administers a common, open and universal data exchange network that seamlessly links diverse computing platforms. ELM offers students and schools a single data channel, regardless of which loan provider is serving the customer. ELM is owned by 48 of the highest profile institutions in the student loan industry, with 70 employees in Oakland, CA, and an additional 30 employees throughout the United States. We are currently looking for an Operations Site Manager in our Aurora, CO offices. This position reports to the COO. The main focus of this position is to develop, supervise and support operations activities and staff members of various within operations departments located in the Aurora, Colorado ELM office. These individuals are members of the school PSS teams, NDN operations team, and SS&R team (System Support and Research). The Aurora Site Manager will have as a direct report the Aurora PSS Manager located at the Aurora site, and will have a matrix location oversight responsibility for the additional staff members in Aurora who have direct functional and departmental reporting lines to other Operations managers. The Aurora Ops Site Manager is a resource for the Aurora small school PSS and NDN team in resolving complex and sensitive issues and requires knowledge of ELM and the financial aid industry. This individual is responsible, along with the COO and with the Aurora PSS Manager, for encouraging staff to meet or exceed individual and team goals. Duties and Responsibilities
